After spending almost 20 years hacking, starting in computer and telephony integration in 2000 contributing to GNU/Bayonne and then naturally becoming an active contributor to various other Open source projects like Kamailio, Freeswitch and Linphone I can say that reading and studying open source software, was always my favorite way to learn and improve my skills.
